Energy support on the animal's own terms.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports animals in finding their own sense of peace and balance. The Let Animals Lead® method means exactly that: the animal is always in charge. Jess creates a meditative offering of energy that the animal can accept, decline, or engage with on their own terms. There is no restraint, no force, no agenda.

Animal Reiki can support emotional regulation, stress and anxiety, end-of-life transitions, recovery and rehabilitation, and overall well-being. It is a complement to veterinary care — not a replacement for it. Jess will never suggest Reiki as a substitute for medical treatment.

Jess is a Reiki Level II practitioner trained in the Let Animals Lead® methodology.

As for human Reiki, the principles are similar, but because there is an ability to use words and ask for permission in certain places of the practice, it looks and feels different. Prices are the same for human and animal Reiki.
